2017.12.4 is the national 17^th National Legalawareness Day. The publicity and education activities of 2017 ‘12.4’ National Legalawareness Day are fully utilized in order to earnestly implement China Securities Regulatory Commission’s spirit of ‘Notice about Carrying out 2017 ‘12.4’ National Constitution Day Centralized Promotion Activity’, carry out Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau‘s ‘deep implementation of ‘12.4’ legal awareness activity with the theme of learning spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and upholding the constitution authority’, thereby producing a new height about learning laws among all employees in the college, creating profound public opinion atmosphere, and promoting the construction of law governance integrity. eeti has carried out a series of publicity activities for further promoting good faith construction.

       Ⅰ.  Guiding ideology:

       1.  Deeply learning and propagandizing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important review about comprehensive law-based governance;

        Learning and propaganda of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important review about comprehensive law-based governance are regarded as an important political task of legal awareness battle law at present and in the future. Constitution-based law and regulation publicity and education activities are implemented. The staff's constitution consciousness and concept of the law governance are further improved, and excellent social environment and law governance atmosphere are created in order to promote the improvement of whole-society low governance management level, drive the implementation of the law-based governance strategies, and construct socialist harmonious society.

       2. Further learning and propaganda of socialist law governance with the constitution as the core.

        All employees are organized to further study constitution law, guide the masses to firmly establish the low governance concepts that constitutional law is supreme, everyone is equal in front of law, etc., and law governance becomes the belief rooted in the citizens' minds actually. 

        3. Seizing ‘critical minority’, and strengthening the law purposes of relevant subjects in the capital market.

        Party members and cadres are organized to focus on learning newly revised party constitutions, and raise the party chapter, regulation and discipline awareness of relevant subject party members and cadres in the capital market. We should take various measures to promote leading cadres at all levels to take the lead in the law-abiding use of law. All organizations or individuals should have no privilege exceeding the constitutional laws.

The following law governance publicity banners are hung during series activities of National Legalawareness Day, including ‘practice of new ideas, implementation of new behaviors - deep learning and implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China by Suzhou Electric Power Research Institute', 'Vigorous implementation of the spirit of law governance and joint creation of the great Chinese dream’, etc., and the atmosphere of legal governance publicity is created. ‘National constitution day’ publicity poster is posted in the company activity publicity column, which is provided for employees in the institute to view and study, and law governance publicity education will be carried out through company website, wechat public number, etc. 

        3. Party members and cadres’ political learning time is utilized for seriously learning newly revised party constitution, ‘100 Questions about Guiding Study of Reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China’, and National President Xi Jinping’s ‘Derisively Winning to Comprehensively Build A Well-off Society and Striving to Obtain the Great Victory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in New Era- Report on the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China’. Employees and cadres are organized in batches to seriously study publicity materials of ‘Studying Constitution and Focusing on Constitution’, learn ‘Company Law’, ‘Securities Law’ and other securities market regulations and normative documents as well as industry self-discipline code rules, and establish the production and business concepts of learning and following laws and good faith orientation.
