At 1 pm, Aug. 12, 2016, the Party branch of the Suzhou Electrical Apparatus Science Research Institute held the Two-To-Learn and One-To-Do and striving for party member vanguard posts education mobilization meeting on 3/F, Building D, Wuzhong Headquarters. More than 120 party members attended the meeting. 6 party activists also sat in on the meeting.

       This meeting was held as required by the superior party organization on "Two-To-Learn and One-To-Do" and arranged by the Party branch based on the actual conditions in order for carrying out the activity and its arrangements.

       During this meeting, Hu Delin, secretary of the party branch, gave a pep talk on carrying out "Two-To-Learn and One-To-Do" and striving for party member vanguard posts, and proposed opinions in the following three aspects: 1) to deeply understand the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and fully know about the importance and necessity of the "Two-To-Learn and One-To-Do" education; 2) to accurately grasp the learning objectives and requirements, and ensure its orderly holding; 3) to carry out educational practice depending on the actual conditions and further promote sustainable development. Secretary Hu hoped that this education would facilitate the construction of the party members and cadres and grass-roots party organizations. The Party members and cadres must further strengthen their ideals and beliefs and self-cultivation, practice the new standard of having revolutionary ideals, sound morals, good education and a strong sense of discipline, constrained by party disciplines and guided by series speeches, constantly improve their own comprehensive qualities and performance abilities, face up to the grim economic situation, shoulder the responsibility to promote the company's sustainable development, and provide strong organizational guarantee and personnel guarantee for a new-round of the company's development. It was of far-reaching significance and great responsibility to carry out the education. All party members of the company should deeply understand the spirit, carry out the activities with full political enthusiasm and a good working style based on the company's actual conditions, further boost the spirit of enthusiasm and accountability, seize opportunities, accelerate development, and strive hard to complete the annual objectives.

       At the meeting, the Party branch detailed the arrangements for Party member vanguard posts and allocated members for the activity group as planned.

              After the mobilization meeting, secretary Hu and all other Party members watched the series learning video "Application of the Spirit of Xi Jinping’s Important Speeches to Arm Minds, Guide Practice and Push the Work Forward". After instructed by the professor from the Central Party School through the video, all Party members did have a profound understanding of the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s Important Speeches in Two-To-Learn and One-To-Do and its guiding significance in current practice, based on learning textbooks the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Self-Discipline, Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Measures and Reader of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speeches.

       Through series learning activities and the mobilization meeting, the Party members expressed their intention to strive to become a pioneer and provide top services, with firm determination and belief to fight for the cause of the party all their lives, and full confidence and determination for the construction and development of the Institute and its bright future.
